🚚 Delivery

Q: Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes, Merinal offers UK-wide delivery. We currently do not ship outside of the UK.

We utilise different couriers to provide the best possible delivery price for our customers. To check how much delivery costs, please navigate to your basket, then type your address and let us calculate the rest.

We also give the option for Pre 12 UK Mainland Delivery, which is £22.50 + VAT.

Orders over £100 (Ex VAT) may qualify for free or discounted delivery. For more details, please read our Delivery Policy and Terms and Conditions

We are only able to give estimates for delivery times as unexpected delays may occur. Rest assured that we always try to give the fastest possible delivery times.

🔁 Returns & Cancellations

Q: Can I return an item?

Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any items and read our Return Policy.

Yes, we stock a wide range of plumbing, electrical, and heating supplies suitable for both domestic and commercial use.
